My artwork focuses on subtleties in form, color and movement. I try to show the viewer beauty in simple organic images and shapes. When you see the different media I work in you will notice strong connections between them.

 Fire and Ice!
What a great day to catch the melting snow  as it starts to freeze.
I love the way mother nature creates these magical shapes containing bubbles and whatever happened to be on the ground. It probably looks a little strange, but I am constantly looking at the ground finding beautiful things that I want to share.

Shadows are so mysterious. I saw these branches on a parking lot the other day and had to take them home. When I placed them on the table and the light cast such wonderful shadows, it kind of threw me off. I usually love the objects that I collect, not what they create. This was a nice surprise!

Hello Onion!
Last night, before making dinner I discovered something beautiful in my kitchen. The color of this dry little onion made me feel warm and the texture and shape had such drama. Love how the roots gentle arms contrast the solid and predictable shape of the onion. Close up this is a gem!
